Job summary

Crash Champions through Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) offers a field-based role as a mobile technician for diagnostic, calibration, programming, scanning, and wiring service delivery. Daily travel to customer sites with adherence to OEM standards ensures safe and effective repairs.

The role requires strong communication, independent work in fast-paced environments, and a valid driver's license, with some Saturday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive servicing/diagnosing experience.
• Proficient with ADAS calibrations and vehicle programming.
• Ability to read OEM service information and wiring schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic, calibration, and programming services at customer sites.
• Travel daily in company vehicle to assigned locations.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals.
• Perform test drives to verify repairs and outcomes.
