Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to deliver diagnostic, calibration, and programming services at Crash Champions locations. Position involves daily travel in a company vehicle, performing tests, calibrations, and verifications to OEM standards.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service, with documentation and communication across shops and internal teams. Strong ADAS knowledge and hands-on electrical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience diagnosing and servicing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wiring repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and scanning tools.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, high‑quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at customer sites.
• Travel daily in a company vehicle to service locations and document work per OEM standards.
• Perform tests, calibrations, repairs, and final verification drives.
• Maintain and secure tools, equipment, and vehicle, and complete billing per guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues when needed.
