Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and support customers with Autel scanning procedures. The role involves handling technical questions, interpreting estimates, and contributing to fast-paced vehicle diagnostics.

Qualifications include 2+ years as a diagnostic technician, and ASE/I-CAR certifications are preferred. Must pass screenings and have/obtain required tools, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.
• Minimum age 21+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier diagnostic services to customers using Autel scanning equipment.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
