Caliber Collision is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician in Atlanta, GA. The technician will assist customers with Autel scanning unit issues, conduct research, and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Conduct research to resolve technology issues on vehicles.
