Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician - Experienced to service customers at partner locations across the region. This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and starting pay opportunities ranging from $50,000 to $150,000+ depending on geography and performance.

You will perform paint touch-ups and repairs, prep, blend, and finish surfaces, travel to dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, and uphold high quality work with attention to color accuracy and

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on collision repair or bodywork experience.
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to perform quality reconditioning work.
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard.
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships and auctions.
