This role offers uncapped earning potential through a 100% commission-based plan, with first-year earnings projected between $50,000 and $75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+.

You will travel to dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions to perform touch-ups and full surface repairs, prep surfaces, and ensure color accuracy while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
