Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto BodyPaint Technician – Experienced to perform high-quality automotive reconditioning and paint touch-ups. This role offers uncapped earning potential with commission-based compensation and substantial first-year and long-term earning projections, including a starting band of $50,000–$150,000 depending on performance and location.

Travel to customer sites, work at dealerships and auctions, and deliver fast, flawless results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform automotive reconditioning and paint touch-ups.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
