This role operates on a 100% commission basis with uncapped earning potential, backed by a strong starting range and significant long-term upside.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of collision repair or bodywork experience, sharp color matching ability, a customer-first mindset, and the resilience to work outdoors in any weather.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs.
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
