Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto BodyPaint Technician to join our team. This position is 100% commission based with uncapped earning potential and travel to customer sites for automotive reconditioning and color-matching work.

First year earnings are projected at $50,000-$75,000, with long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+. You will work at partner locations and independently manage your day while delivering high-quality, efficient results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
