Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician to deliver high-quality automotive repaint services at customer locations. This role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential, starting around $65,000–$75,000 per year and long-term earnings up to $150,000+ depending on performance.

You’ll travel to partner sites such as dealerships and auctions, prep and finish surfaces, and work independently with strong color accuracy and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
