Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our field team. This role combines hands-on painting with customer-facing service at dealerships, rental agencies and auctions.

You’ll travel to sites, apply high-quality touch-ups and full repairs using advanced spray equipment, prep and finish surfaces, and strive for flawless results. Earn uncapped commissions with first-year earnings potential from $50,000 to $75,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform high-quality minor auto reconditioning (touch-ups) and full surface repairs.
• Prep, blend and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection using advanced spray equipment.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
