This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential, first-year earnings of $50,000–$75,000 and long-term $70,000–$150,000+, with benefits and a supportive team at partner locations such as dealerships.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
