Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician – Experienced to join our field team. This role travels to customer sites to perform high-quality automotive reconditioning, from touch-ups to full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment.

The position is 100% commission based with uncapped earning potential. Starting compensation is $50,000–$150,000 per year; first-year earnings are $50,000–$75,000, with long-term potential up to $150,000+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
