Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our nationwide network. This field role travels to customer sites to perform paint touch-ups and surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.

The position is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. First year earnings are projected between $50,000 and $75,000, with long-term potential ranging from $70,000 to $150,000+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Self-motivation, grit and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
