Dent Wizard International is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician – Experienced to join our field team. Travel to customer sites to perform high-quality automotive reconditioning, color matching, and touch-up work with advanced spray equipment.

The role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. First-year earnings $50,000–$75,000; long-term $70,000–$150,000+. We offer excellent benefits, a company vehicle, gas card, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups and repair work.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to high standards.
• Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that meet or exceed client expectations.
