T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates for their Store-in-Store locations. These associates will engage customers, showcase T-Mobile solutions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are essential members of the Retail Team responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They focus on active customer engagement, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about technology, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to meet those needs, exceeding performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.
Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentive opportunities. After training, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Employees are also eligible for annual stock grants.
