Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around our products, and thrive in high-traffic environments. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating customers on solutions, aiming to surpass performance targets while providing exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers using digital tools, educate them about T-Mobile solutions, and demonstrate product value.
• Leverage self-serve tools and solution-based selling techniques to deepen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete training on store operations, products, and systems; share knowledge and support store procedures, including security measures.
• Build rapport with customers, exceed expectations, and follow up to drive sales and referrals. Perform price overrides when needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support customer experience from setup to support and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Compensation & Benefits
