Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an essential part of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These ambassadors thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience. They excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs, and educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to deepen customer relationships and exceed performance targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and reference resources to provide excellent customer service. Perform store operations, including opening/closing procedures and securing assets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by connecting personally, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
  • Collaborate with nearby store teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer-focused, able to balance service and performance goals (Required)
  • Team-oriented, willing to learn and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive in sales, confident in a fast-paced environment (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $19.00. During the first 90 days, employees receive training and are eligible for incentives. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, an annual incentive target of $18,000/year is available, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives.
