Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with customers and continuously enhancing their wireless technology knowledge. This role is designed for learning and growth, with new associates working closely with their team and completing training to prepare for advancement to Mobile Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience by helping customers find solutions tailored to their needs, demonstrating products, and explaining services.
• Utilize digital tools to showcase network coverage, plans, and services effectively.
• Complete training on store operations, products, and systems.
• Build relationships with customers and team members, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred
• Passionate about customer advocacy and success in a sales environment
• Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals

Additional Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50 plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, the incentive target is $18,000/year, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives.
