Primary Responsibilities;

Required Qualifications
•Associates degree or higher, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field (Two additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of an Associate’s degree).
•2+ years of healthcare experience in an office, clinical, provider relations, or payer setting
•Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
•4+ years of health care/managed care experience
•2+ years provider relations and/or provider network experience
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
•Live in the state of Florida. Orlando preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree with a significant understanding of healthcare delivery systems, provider contracting, reimbursement arrangements and network management.
•Experience in group presentations and training.
•Professional provider relations experience involving physicians and administrative staff.
• Provider recruitment and contracting experience.
•Knowledge of Managed Care and Medicare programs.
•Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
•Risk Adjustment knowledge related to CMS reimbursement models.
•Understanding of medical care delivery model and local market business dynamics.

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
