Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, acting as brand ambassadors to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on connecting with customers to understand and meet their needs. This role involves learning and developing skills to advance to a Mobile Expert position, with new associates required to complete training.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service and Sales: Serve and sell to customers, provide excellent experience, assist with online, in-store, and Customer Care interactions, demonstrate products, and offer personalized solutions.
2. Digital Tools Utilization: Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain plans, complete training, and stay informed about wireless innovations.
3. Relationship Building: Collaborate with team members across channels, own the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
