Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Sales Proficiency: Build skills in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience, and fostering loyalty by:
    • Assisting customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
    • Exploring customer needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.
    • Engaging in personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
    • Approaching service and sales with integrity, composure, and compassion.
  2. Digital Tool Usage and Training: Become proficient with digital tools to enhance customer interactions, including:
    • Explaining network coverage and benefits of T-Mobile plans.
    • Completing training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
    • Continuously learning about innovations in wireless technology.
  3. Team Collaboration and Relationship Building: Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to:
    • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
    • Identify and refer small business leads.
    • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
