Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Experience with iOS/Android platforms and device lifecycle management best practices.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, especially asset management modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile device inventory and lifecycle using ServiceNow and MDM systems.
• Coordinate provisioning and deployment of new devices, including imaging and enrollment in MDM.
• Maintain mobile asset data, create reports and dashboards for utilization and costs.
