Universal Health Services' Behavioral Health Connections in Houston is seeking a dynamic Mobile Assessor Full Time Nights All zones to provide mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and hospitals, recommend the appropriate level of care, and triage patients to services.

This role requires state licensure (LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN), a nursing or related master's degree, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and mobile assessment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing or a related behavioral health field.
• Current state license as LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN.
• CPR certification if required by the customer hospital.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile mental health assessments in contracted ERs or hospitals.
• Recommend level of care based on risk assessment.
• Triage patients to appropriate services.
• Crisis intervention and referral coordination.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Houston, TX is seeking a dynamic and talented Mobile Assessor Full Time Nights All zones to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Mobile Assessor provides mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommends the appropriate level of treatment based on the Assessor's assessment of risk factors, and triages patients to appropriate services.

Required Schedule:

• Tues-Sat 7pm-330am
• Sun-Thurs 3pm-11:30pm

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor ("LPC"), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ("LMFT"), Licensed Master Social Worker ("LMSW"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker ("LCSW"), or Registered Nurse ("RN").

Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. ("Customer hospital" means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Must have a valid driver's license

EXPERIENCE:

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.

Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.

Mobile assessment experience preferred.
