Job summary

LG Electronics in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Field Service Technician (Appliance Repair) to service LG home appliances and TVs in customers’ homes. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, manage parts, and complete work orders on site.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, EPA certification, and strong customer service. Travel to Mobile and surrounding areas is required to ensure top product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems; cooking; cleaning products).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment; EPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
• Diagnose problems, determine repair actions, and document findings.
• Carefully complete paperwork and data entry after each job.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
