Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances during customer visits, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional experience.
• Keep the company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
