Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to travel to customers' homes and diagnose a range of appliances. You will deliver reliable repairs and exceptional service while maintaining the company vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Must read, understand and apply technical written material.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances in customers' homes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve customers' home comfort and safety.
• Keep company vehicle organized and parts well-managed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
