Job summary

Sears Home Services in Hawaii is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.

You will visit customers' homes daily, delivering outstanding service, maintaining your vehicle and parts, and contributing to a best-in-class training program. This role requires EPA certification, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Able to travel up to 100% and work in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high levels of quality and efficiency; appliances may include refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Keep company truck well-maintained & organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
