Job summary

Accelera Hawaii seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers and dishwashers at residential locations. You’ll apply refrigeration and mechanical expertise to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused repairs in the field.

Travel to customer sites, document service outcomes with mobile tools, maintain a clean vehicle, and follow safety protocols. EPA Type I or Universal certification is required for refrigeration handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a service vehicle.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification for refrigeration handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic testing tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Capacity to read and apply technical manuals to solve complex mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to accurately diagnose and resolve issues with refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
• Ensure long-term appliance performance by providing high-quality, efficient repairs that restore home comfort.
• Maintain a professional, organized service vehicle and manage inventory parts to ensure first-time fix success.
