Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician in Ada, OK. You will diagnose and repair a range of home appliances, delivering outstanding customer service and practical home solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA certification, and strong mechanical aptitude. You will travel to customers’ homes and may work flexible hours with year-round demand; training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; able to use testing and repair tools.
Experience repairing and diagnosing appliances preferred.
Follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
Must be able to use smartphone for part ordering.
Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
Provide customers with value-added solutions to improve home comfort and cleanliness.
Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
