Dscout is seeking a Mobile Principal Software Engineer to lead our mobile team, shaping its evolution toward an AI-first platform. You will drive AI coding agent integration, design a lean mobile client with strong backend support, and mentor engineers across product and engineering teams.

Expect to collaborate with Product and Design, balance quick prototyping with durable architecture, and contribute to security/compliance efforts in a SOC II/HITRUST environment.

Qualifications

• Significant mobile software engineering experience at principal/staff level.
• Experience with iOS and Android, willingness to work outside mobile ecosystem when needed.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and SDLC design.
