Job summary

McDonald's Logan is seeking a Digital Ambassador to grow the McDonald’s digital business. You will be the app expert for guests and team members, helping customers download and navigate the McDonald’s app and My McDonald’s Rewards.

You’ll train crew on digital platforms, promote mobile ordering, and ensure a welcoming lobby while assisting at kiosks and outdoor events with a positive, guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and guest-first mindset.
• Proficient with technology and able to explain app benefits.
• Outgoing and persuasive with top-notch customer service.
• Willing to work outdoors at events.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests about the McDonalds Mobile App.
• Elevate guest experience with linked payment and fast service.
• Promote the mobile app and support downloads.
• Train internal customers on digital execution and table service.
• Keep the lobby welcoming and assist at kiosks.
• Be outgoing and persuasive with excellent hospitality.
• Explain how to download and use the app, including rewards.
• Work outdoors and wear safety gear at events.
• Be prepared with materials.
