Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an experienced A&P Technician to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to AOG events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance across multiple business and corporate aviation platforms. This is a 7-on / 7-off rotation with a competitive hourly wage.

You’ll service aircraft types including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer and more; travel to customer locations is required. PPE and safety protocols are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG/MSU or field service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Clear, professional communication with external clients.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field.
• Perform aircraft preventative/scheduled maintenance when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies per FAA and OEM requirements.
• Communicate with external customers to manage expectations and timelines.
• Document maintenance using internal systems.
• Maintain readiness of AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Uphold professionalism and safety on-site.
