Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking experienced A&P Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team in the United States. You will respond to aircraft-on-ground events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance for various business and corporate platforms.

This 7-on / 7-off role offers an hourly wage and opportunities to directly impact operational uptime while working with Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer, and more. Travel to customer locations is required.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG/MSU or field service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Gulfstream (GIV–G700), Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field.
• Perform aircraft preventative/scheduled maintenance when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in compliance with FAA and OEM requirements.
• Communicate with external customers to manage expectations and timelines.
• Document maintenance using internal systems.
• Maintain readiness of AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance on-site.
