Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. seeks an Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) A&P Technician to service external clients, maintaining aircraft per GMM and FARs. This role requires on-call responsiveness, tool management, and rapid support to minimize aircraft downtime.

Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and documenting actions, coordinating with managers and flight crews, and travel as needed domestically and internationally while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current US A&P certificate meeting FAR Part 65.
• Minimum three years proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to pass DOT background check.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming maintenance calls when on duty or on call.
• Work with other technicians and vendors to ensure safe action plans are in place.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft per manufacturer manuals and FARs; document actions.
• Complete work orders and account for parts and billable time.
• Attend required training on airframe, engines, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Ensure hangar and other areas are kept safe and orderly.
• Develop and maintain teamwork with flight crews and managers.
