Job summary

YWCA Seattle King Snohomish in Renton, WA is hiring a Mobile Flexible Advocate, Gender Based Violence, on-site full-time. You will support adult survivors with housing, safety planning and essential services, using trauma-informed advocacy and client-centered approaches.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, intakes, case management, and coordinating with community partners to expand access to services. On-site role with substantial collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience advocating for survivors of domestic violence or gender-based violence.
• Comfort working with diverse communities and intersecting oppressions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for adult survivors, provide crisis intervention and ongoing case management.
• Assist with housing, employment, food security, and related supports.
• Maintain documentation and quarterly narratives with data.
• Coordinate with community partners and attend meetings.
• Deliver presentations to partners and stakeholders.
