Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel to customer sites in a company vehicle, maintaining safety, accuracy, and customer service per OEM standards.

The technician will perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repairs, ensuring documentation is thorough and approved before execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate diagnostic and calibration services at customer sites.
• Travel daily in a company-provided vehicle to service locations.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
• Perform test drives to verify system functionality and repairs.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with shops and stakeholders.
