Crash Champions is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at customer sites through daily travel in a company vehicle. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service while adhering to OEM standards and MCP guidelines.

The ideal candidate has automotive experience with ADAS, electrical systems, and the ability to document work clearly. This full-time position requires Saturday coverage on a rotating basis and ongoing training to stay

Qualifikationen

• Experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations and programming.
• Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and interpreting wiring schematics.

Aufgaben

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with shops and internal stakeholders.
