Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an MRT Aircraft Maintenance Technician II in Santa Ana, CA (KSNA) to travel to customer aircraft and perform maintenance, inspections, and alterations under FAA-certified guidance.

The role requires extensive regional travel (75%) and occasional out-of-region assignments, with day shifts and flexibility for weekends. A&P license and 3+ years of jet maintenance experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Airframe & Power Plant license required.
• Experience in mobile repair or AOG support environments is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting corporate jet aircraft as a licensed A&P technician.
• Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and service on a variety of customer aircraft with minimal supervision.
• Travel extensively within the region and occasionally outside of it to customer aircraft for maintenance events and technical training.
• Work different shifts and weekends as requested to support customer needs.
• Document all completed work in accordance with current technical data and company policy.
• Interact frequently with customers and adhere to Clay Lacy Aviation policies and procedures.
