Job summary

ACI Jet in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an AOG Maintenance Technician Lead to support AOG and scheduled aircraft both at KSNA and in the field. This role requires travel, on-call work, and overnight stays, with hourly pay and OT compensation negotiable based on experience.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in AOG, a valid A&P license, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring safety and quality. DOT rules and SQMS participation are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; A&P license required.
• Five years of AOG experience; Part 145 Repair Station experience a plus.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and passport; eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Report daily to SNA Site Manager and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safe return to service of AOG/scheduled aircraft.
• Maintain compliance with FARs, OPS specs, and company procedures.
• Complete all required maintenance documentation and records.
