Job summary

Jet Aviation Staffing is seeking an MRT (Mobile Response Team) Aircraft Maintenance Technician II for Santa Ana, CA. You will travel to customer aircraft to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations under FAA-certificated repair station authority.

The role requires 3+ years of licensed A&P experience on corporate jets, willingness to travel regionally (75% travel in Southern California), and flexibility for various shifts. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining corporate jet aircraft as a licensed A&P technician.
• Experience in mobile repair or AOG support environments.
• Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and service on a variety of customer aircraft with minimal supervision.
• Travel extensively within region and occasionally outside region to customer aircraft for maintenance events and for technical training.
• Must be available to work different shifts and weekends as requested to support customer needs.
• Perform and document all completed work in accordance with current technical data and company policy.
• Frequent interaction with customers will be required.
• Adhere to all FAA and OSHA policies and procedures; maintain an outstanding attendance record.
• Maintain proficiency with tools and techniques used for aircraft maintenance.
