Job summary

Jet Aviation seeks an MRT Aircraft Maintenance Technician II to travel to customer aircraft and perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations under FAA-certificated Repair Station authority. You will report to the MRT A&P Supervisor, with 75% travel in Southern California and occasional work outside the region.

Day shift with flexibility; FAA/OSHA compliant and safety-focused. The role requires an A&P license, 3+ years of mobile repair experience, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P license (Airframe & Power Plant).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting corporate jet aircraft.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region and occasionally beyond.
• Able to work various shifts, including weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and servicing on various customer aircraft with minimal supervision.
• Travel extensively within the region and outside the region for maintenance events and training.
• Work different shifts and weekends as needed to support customers.
• Document all work performed in accordance with data and company policy.
• Interact with customers frequently and maintain professional conduct.
• Adhere to FAA, OSHA, and company policies; maintain attendance and safety standards.
• Maintain proficiency with tools, techniques, and practices for aircraft maintenance.
• Ensure materials are received and within shelf life prior to installation.
• Attend continuous improvement initiatives as directed.
