ADMINISTRATIVE & DATA ENTRY CLERK

Job Summary:

The Administrative Clerk performs clerical, record-keeping, data entry, and customer service tasks to ensure smooth organizational operations. The role requires knowledge of office procedures and computer skills to perform diverse administrative, technical, and clerical duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Process presumptive eligibility and index records.
  2. Provide frontline clerical support, including answering the main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, certified mail, scanning, and electronic faxing.
  3. Process provider documentation and communicate with providers via email and phone.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Training on specialty software and data systems will be provided.

Required Skills & Abilities:

No specialized skills or certifications are required. Basic computer experience is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed.

Compensation:

Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
