Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Minnesota to join our in-home ABA program. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, collaborating with therapists, families, and educators to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Minnesota licensure as BCBA.
• Experience working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans and provide direct therapy services.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay current with ABA industry developments and best practices.
