Job summary
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in behavioral health, child development, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and treatment planning using DHS-approved tools.
- Lead staff training sessions on ABA practices and skills development.
- Provide O&D training for Level 1 staff to enhance observation and direction capabilities.
- Provide case supervision including BIPs, assessments, and ongoing support to RBTs and staff.
- Support quality assurance by reviewing session notes and ensuring ethical practice.
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure consistent client care and staff development.
