Job summary
Bright Achievements is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Minneapolis, MN to provide in-home ABA services. This role includes conducting assessments, developing programs, and supervising Behavior Technicians. A Master's Degree and an active BCBA Certificate are required, along with 1+ years of experience. Enjoy a flexible schedule, mentorship programs, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team. Both part-time and full-time options are available.
Qualifications
Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate.
1+ years of experience in ABA services.
8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide in-home client assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland.
Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
Develop programs for individuals in your caseload.
Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in ABA services.
Manage electronic data regarding client’s progress.
Skills

Possess exceptional written and verbal skills
