Job summary

Bright Achievements is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Minneapolis, MN to provide in-home ABA services. This role includes conducting assessments, developing programs, and supervising Behavior Technicians. A Master's Degree and an active BCBA Certificate are required, along with 1+ years of experience. Enjoy a flexible schedule, mentorship programs, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team. Both part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in ABA services.
• 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home client assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland.
• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop programs for individuals in your caseload.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in ABA services.
• Manage electronic data regarding client’s progress.
