Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder in the Chaska area. This full-time role requires licensure in Minnesota and a master’s degree in ABA or related field, with at least two years of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (Board Certification in Behavior Analysis)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ASD
• Provide in-home ABA therapy and behavior skills training
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure goals are met
• Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client progress and therapy services
• Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure high-quality service delivery
