RTX in Andover, MA seeks a Quality Staff Technician for the 3rd shift to ensure hardware quality and process compliance. The role sits in the Radio Frequency Components organization and supports continuous improvement in a clean room environment.

You will interpret specifications, review deliverables, and train operators where needed, while handling documentation and audits with high attention to detail.

Formación

• AA/AS degree or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing with inspection and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to read drawings, processes and flow downs; maintain security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on inspection of MMIC devices in a clean room setting.
• Interpret MIL/ANSI specifications and contractual drawings for dispositions.
• Review hardware and manufacturing documentation for conformance.
• Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and training.
• Communicate audit and inspection findings to operations teams.
