Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA, seeks a Lead RMA/Rework Inspector to support RF and microelectronics manufacturing.

You will lead inspection activities across RMA, rework, repair and manufacturing, performing detailed visual inspections of complex assemblies and documenting results to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of IPC standards, military requirements, and precision measurement.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in microelectronics, RF electronics, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspection activities for RMA, rework, repair and manufacturing operations.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of RF and microelectronic assemblies.
• Inspect a wide variety of components and assemblies (semiconductors, MMICs, PCBAs, PCBs, etc.).
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Review manufacturing docs, travelers, certifications and records.
• Perform dimensional verification using precision equipment.
• Interpret drawings and specifications.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams to improve processes.
• Provide guidance and training to junior inspectors.
