Job summary

Bonner General Health’s laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to join the Graveyard shift. The role focuses on performing and interpreting diagnostic tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology and transfusion services in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with an accredited Medical Technology program, ASCP (or equivalent) registration, and a current BLS (AHA) certification within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and completion of an accredited Medical Technology program.
• At least 1 year of related laboratory experience preferred.
• Must be ASCP registered or equivalent; current BLS (AHA) certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret diagnostic testing across clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology and transfusion services.
• Maintain quality control and proficiency surveys with timely documentation of actions.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection for all age groups.
